About me

Appearance and functionality have always shaped how I see the world—long before I discovered UX/UI design. As I transition into this field from my previous career path, I bring a broad range of skills and real-world experiences that naturally align with creating thoughtful, user-centered design.

After earning my Associate’s Degree in Business Management from MiraCosta College, I built a career in the food and beverage industry, working as a server, bartender, production manager, professional brewer, and eventually General Manager. These experiences shaped my understanding of people—their pain points, motivations, and needs—in a direct, everyday way.

My goal has always been to craft experiences people want to return to, whether through a memorable cocktail, a well-balanced beer recipe, or great hospitality. The same principle drives my approach to UX design: creating experiences that feel intuitive, satisfying, and worth coming back to. Collaboration and teamwork have always been at the heart of my success, and I thrive in leadership roles that bring people together around shared goals.

As I embark on this next chapter, I’m excited to grow as a designer, expand my skills, and continue creating meaningful experiences that connect with people.
